Some quick answers to your worries
Can the renting period be extended ?|
Yes, it can, in mutual agreement. Preferably requested at least 3 weeks in advance.
How do I make a reservation?
After confirmation by mail or phone, the apartment/studio is reserved for you
trough the payment of the warranty (=1 month rent).
The reservation will expire in case of non-payment within timeframe agreed upon.
What is the warranty for?
As in all renting formulas it covers the no-show and possible damages.
Warranty is paid back latest 10 days after departure.
Can I pay in cash or with cheque?
Cash-payment can be done for the first month, if bankaccount isn't active yet.
In general we prefer banktransfer, that is easier and safer for everyone.
Cheques are not accepted.
We have a small child that travels with us
Yes, we have possibilities for bedding toddlers.
Tell us in advance and we will make the necessary arrangements.
We prefer not to take children above 4 years as silence is important to all tenants,
And those darlings are usually a bit to active.
Who are the other tenants?
We do not accept tourists
The other tenants are businessmen, expats, stagairs and researchers.
Can I bring my pet?
Sorry no pets allowed.
Can I visit and check the place in advance?
Of course: feel free to check yourself or send a friend/colleague to inspect.
